How is it being open minded when dating outside but to exclude the ones in your race?

I don’t have anything against interracial dating. I just find it odd how people say their open minded about dating outside their race but will not date someone of their race. So, how is it being open minded?

agreed. Or when people who listen to rock/rap or some genre not common to people of their background and state “I love all sorts of music” but when you try to open their mind to a group, artist or song from their peers they close their ears to it. That is not openness- a true lover of diversity will consider it all.
